Retouching

For this image I used the content aware tool in order to get rid of the benches and keep the land looking like normal. My main thought process was to remove the benches and use the content aware tool to get rid of that while maintaining the background. I also used the clone stamp in order to fix some of those spots that looked off. I learned that the at least from my use of it the content aware tool is less effective in areas where there are a lot of details. It protects the work as I am always able to restore the altered pixels and change it in a different way if necessary.

For this image I used the spot healing brush to remove the hand and ball and make it look like the dog was just looking up. My thought process was that the spot healing brush could remove stains of paint on clothes so what if I treat the arm like a stain. This resulted in me getting rid of the arm and the flat background allowed it to make it look like the removed part was never there and its a normal wall. This protects the original image as all that needs to be restored is an arm and still looks natural even without the arm.

For this I used the clone stamp tool in order to remove the cup and keep the table. I feel like this is probably the one that looks the most edited as getting the table to match while copying another part of the table was pretty hard. This protects the image by utilizing copies of the current image to cover the part that you want.
